That one is my favorite; when I went to San Francisco the first time and the sun started setting I felt a cool breeze sweep across as I was by the old tower; this intense euphoria came over me because I was just so happy to be there, and felt like one of my dreams had come true. It felt like a movie and I was getting tickling and tingling all across my body and I wanted to giggle and cry at the same time. What astounds me is the lack of knowledge of some doctors in regards to this.
