Sylvana Aquilina
Sylvana Aquilina Just proves it's never too late. Be positive in life and don't let the small things get you down. A very good friend use to say" beautiful day" and even if it was raining cause every day is a lovely day. God bless.

Michael Hanson
Michael Hanson I hate to be pedantic, but most of this isn't true. He finished law school and worked as a lawyer. His wife didn't leave him. He actually left her at and married his longtime mistress.

Chris Croom
Chris Croom Very inspiring, it's sad though, kfc may have been good years ago but is complete garbage now. Your paying for 70% breading 30% chicken and over rated mashed potatoes..

Kamala Combs Hey Enzo. I didn't know if you knew it but his wife lives here in Shelbyville . She has a restaurant called Claudia Sanders and has some of the best chicken I have ever eaten. I know the woman that was with him during his last years. He was a good man.

Jen Weisnicht
Jen Weisnicht I remember back when the KFC restaurants had real honey in their packets instead of high fructose corn syrup and artificial color. It was while the Colonel was still alive. Fake garbage is probably making him turn over in his grave.

Linda Davis Toepfer
Linda Davis Toepfer This isn't true. He had a restaurant in Corbin, Ky. Fried chicken was on the menu but I think he was more known for his Italian food. Remember. This the south and everyone could fry chicken. My relatives lived and live there. My parents ate there in the 40's while visiting Mom's relatives.

Nancy Dodson My husband did auto body work & pastored a few churches. When he retired from the body shop at age 62 he went to work as a police officer. He had to pass CLEET which some quit because it is so tough training, but he passed with flying colors. He is now...See More

Scott AnneMarie Brown
Scott AnneMarie Brown Stay positive. Failure is just one step on the road to success. If you don't try, then you will never know if you could succeed. And if you don't try, then you have already failed. All of Harland's 'set backs' were really a set up to him realizing that he could cook well. If he had been afraid to try for fear of failure, the world would have missed out on his wonderful food.
